Did you know that you can save money on radius report purchases if you purchase more than 4 reports a year? Here's how.

Discounts

  • Order more than 4 reports at one time, and you'll get a 10% discount ($66.60 per report).
  • Order more than 24 reports at one time, and you'll get a 50% discount ($37 per report).

Only radius reports are eligible for discounts. Add-ons aren't eligible for discounts, as our vendors charge us to include their data in your reports.



Best if you need between 1-32 reports a year AND you know the address/locations now.

You have 2 options to order your radius reports on demand.

  • Order your reports online.

    Best if you want instant delivery but are okay with adding multiple addresses to the order form.

    • Your discount will be automatically applied to your shopping cart after you've added the 5th or 25th report.

      How to order online.

      Email us with your address list and radiuses.

      Best if you don't want to add lots of addresses to the order form, but are ok getting your reports in 1 business day.

    • Email a list of addresses, your radius distances and any add-ons to datanerds@cubitplaning.com.
    • We'll reply with a quote based on the number of reports x your discount (10% for more than 4 reports or 50% for more than 24 reports) and a secure payment link.
    • After you pay, we'll load your addresses and then email your reports to you in 1 business day.

You can take advantage of discounted radius report prices even if you don't know all the locations that you need demographics for right now.

You can get unlimited PDF and Excel formatted basic reports for 3 radius distances around any US point/address for an annual fee of $1,200. Need add-ons like traffic or population projections? Email datanerds@cubitplanning.com about what you need, & we'll get you a custom subscription quote.


How Subscriptions Work & How to Redeem Credits

Once you have completed your purchase of either an unlimited subscription or credits, you will receive an email with a discount code. Here's how to get your reports using your code:


  1. Go here: https://shop.demographicsbyradius.com/products/radius-report-1
  2. Enter your location and your radius distances. Preview your location.
  3. Click add to cart. Click View cart.
  4. Click Checkout.
  5. Enter your details & your discount code. See image below.
  6. Click Continue to Payment (if needed) and then Complete Order.

Your reports will be instantly generated. You’ll also receive an email with a link to access your reports in the future.

Note: You can use these steps to order multiple radius reports at one time.


How the on-Demand Purchases work (with no subscription/credits)

If you need to order 5 or more reports, you will automatically receive a discount applied to your order.


  1. Go here: https://shop.demographicsbyradius.com/products/radius-report-1
  2. Enter your location and your radius distances. Preview your location.
  3. Click Add to cart. Complete steps 2 and 3 again so that you’ve added at least 5 reports.
  4. Click View Cart. Click Checkout.
  5. Verify your discount. See image below.
  6. Click Continue to Payment (if needed) and then Complete Order.

Your reports will be instantly generated. You’ll also receive an email with a link to access your reports in the future.
